Petition under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr. P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners/A2 to A5 on bail in pursuant to Crime No. 72/2013, dated: 02-08-2013 of Kollipara Police Station, Guntur District.

The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N.Srihari, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Addl .Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following

ORDER:

“ This criminal petition, under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A5 seeking bail in connection with Cr.No.72 of 2013 of Kollipara Police Station, Guntur district, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B read with 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State.

Perusal of the entire material shows that A1 is the prime accused in this case. General allegations have been made against the petitioners. Considering the allegations levelled against them and also the possibility of their being involved in this case on account of their relationship with A1, I am inclined to grant bail to them.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioners-A2 to A5 shall be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tenali, Guntur District.”
