ORDER
The petitioner is A8 in Cr.No.125 of 2013 of Adoni II Town Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 466, 471 and 422 read with Section 34 IPC.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State. The accusation levelled against the petitioner is that he along with other accused forged the Court documents, prepared PT warrants and got released the prisoner from jail.
Considering the serious nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed.
