ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor representing the State.
2. It is alleged in the remand report that the petitioner-A2 developed extra marital relationship with one Balam Sarojini who is the wife of the deceased. During the course of investigation, it is disclosed that the deceased committed suicide due to the illegal intimacy by the petitioner with his wife. Learned Public Prosecutor stated that the case is still under investigation.
3. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner-accused.
4. The criminal petition is dismissed.
