COMMON ORDER:
Sri J. Ashvini Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner in the contempt case, states that the order passed by this Court on 15.12.2010 in WP No.268 of 2006 has now been complied with. Consequently, the review petition filed by the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Shetpally, Balkonda Mandal, Nizamabad district2nd respondent in the writ petition, does not survive for consideration. 2. The contempt case and the Review WP MP (SR) No.176298 of 2011 in WP No.268 of 2006 are accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions filed along with the review WP MP are also dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
