The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the Sub-Registrar, Vatluru, Pedavegi Mandal, West Godavari District, in refusing to receive and register the document presented by her relating to the land in R.S. No.401/2 of Duggirala Gram Panchayat, Pedavegi Mandal, West Godavari District.

2. This Court had occasion to consider a similar objection raised by the registration authorities in respect of the land in some other land in R.S. No.401/2 of Duggirala Gram Panchayat, Pedavegi Mandal, West Godavari District, in W.P. No.7600 of 2013. Based on the written instructions received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue from the Tahsildar, Pedavegi, stating to the effect that the land in this survey number was not an assigned land or a Government land or a Wakf land, the said writ petition was disposed of with

directions.

As the instructions given by the Tahsildar, Pedavegi Mandal, in the earlier writ petition would hold good in the present case also, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Registrar, Vatluru, Pedavegi Mandal, to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner relating to the subject land without treating the same as assigned land or Government land or Wakf land. In the event the document presented is found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the SubRegistrar, Vatluru, shall complete the registration formalities and release the document in accordance with the due procedure. W.P.M.P. No.28371 of 2013 shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
