ORDER:
It is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders for R1 and R2 that the respondents have issued proceedings vide ROC No.3360/7/2008-13, regularising the services of the petitioners. 2. It is submitted that writ appeal is pending before Division Bench of this Court and the same is at SR stage and no stay orders have been passed thereon. In the above circumstances, the respondents may make all efforts to provide monetary benefits to the petitioners as early as possible.
3. Subject to the observations made supra, this contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case, shall stand closed.
