It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner that after filing the charge sheet, trial is also concluded on the charges levelled against the petitioner, and in that view of the matter, the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
In view of dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.7682 of 2007 also stands dismissed.
