ORDER :
In this writ petition, it is the grievance of the petitioner that in view of some disputes between him and the 5th respondent, respondents 3 and 4 are interfering with his personal liberty and are pressurizing him to settle the disputes with respondent No.5.
When the matter has come up on 27th February 2012, it was adjourned to enable the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home to obtain instructions. On instructions, it is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the respondents have never interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner and that he was not called to the Police Station as alleged. It is submitted that as of now, neither any complaint is received against the petitioner nor any crime is registered against him on the file of Peddapalli Police Station and that he is not required in connection with investigation in any crime.
In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that no crime is registered against the petitioner and that he is not required in connection with any case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, placing on record such statement.
Subject to the above observations, the writ petition is
disposed of. No order as to costs.
