When the matter was listed on earlier occasion, it was adjourned to enable the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home to obtain instructions. Based on the written instructions obtained by him, it is submitted that the 1st petitioner has filed a complaint before the Superintendent of Police on 07.01.2012 stating that she is the complainant in C.C.No.278 of 2011 before the learned First Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Amalapuram, registered against respondent No.5 and 11 others, and thereafter, the said accused persons and others have trespassed into their house with sticks and knives and tried to kill her. The said representation was endorsed to the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Amalapuram and the same was further endorsed to the Sub-Inspector of Police, Allavaram. Thereafter, an inquiry was conducted and a report was submitted to the Superintendent of Police. It is further stated that earlier also, the 1st petitioner has filed a complaint, which is registered as a case in Crime No.65 of 2009 for the offences under Sections 354, 324, 447, 511 r/w.34 of IPC against respondent No.5 on 20.05.2009. It is stated that as the investigation made into the said crime revealed that the complaint is false, a final report is filed to that effect, against which, the 1st petitioner has filed a protest petition, and the case is pending before the Court.
