ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking to call for the records in M.C.No.24 of 2004 on the file of 2nd respondent and all other connected records, and also declare the action of 1st respondent in calling the petitioners to the Police Station and pressurizing them to withdraw the civil suit and to vacate the premises bearing D.No.38-1-11, situated at American Hospital road, Opposite to Indira Towers, Vijayawada, as illegal and arbitrary.
After filing the writ petition, the petitioners have taken steps for impleadment of respondents 4 to 7, against whom, allegations are made. Subsequently, the writ petition was dismissed for default against respondents 4 to 7, as per the order, dated 29th December 2010 and no steps have been taken thereafter. Further, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of petitioners, though it is posted in the caption ‘old identified matters’ at 2.15 p.m. It appears, the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the case.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
