COMMON ORDER :
These two writ petitions are filed aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the request of the petitioners to enter their names in the revenue records and grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of different extents of land situated in Sy.Nos.86 and 84 of Mamandur Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District. It is pleaded that the writ petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of the land in question and that they made applications dated 15.11.2010 requesting the respondent No.3 to enter their names in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that it is a fact that the petitioners made applications for mutation in the revenue records and pursuant thereto enquiry has been taken up by the 3rd respondent and the same is under progress.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion as to the entitlement of the petitioners for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds, both the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. No costs.
