ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“..to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction preferably a Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the Lr.No.F-7-21(1)/2004/PSSCIVE dt.23.8.2012 issued by the 2nd respondent refusing to pay remuneration/honorarium to the petitioner for authoring the subject books as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the same and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
After arguing the case, Mr. M. Karuna Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon realizing that there are serious disputed questions of fact, which need to be resolved only by a competent Civil Court, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to approach the appropriate Court.
The request of the learned Counsel is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.40869 of 2012, filed by the
petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
