ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in ordering 51 enquiry into the same allegations under the Act and entrustment to the same inspecting officer vide proceedings No.1863/2011-C1, dt.09.03.2012 ordered passed by the 2nd respondent by violating the statutory provisions is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the proceedings No.1863/2011-C1, dt.09.03.2012 ordered passed by the 2nd respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
After arguing the case, Sri T.Kistaiah, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail the remedy of revision under Section 77 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964.
The request of the learned Counsel is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.40646 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
