This Civil Revision Petition is filed against Order, dated
30-04-2012, in EP.No.21 of 2012 in OS.No.32 of 2002, on the file of the Court of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Alamuru.
At the hearing, Mr.V.K.Shivashankar, learned Counsel, representing Mr.G.Krishna Murthy, learned
Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, CRPMP.No.4189 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
