ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not registering the mortgage deed presented by the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.
When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during pendency of the writ petition, the respondent registered the document as sought by the petitioners, and the grievance of the petitioners is redressed.
In view of aforesaid representation of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition stands closed. No order as to costs.
