WRIT PETITION No.30261 of 2012
ORDER :
This writ petition is filed, seeking directions by way of Mandamus, directing the respondents to admit the petitioner into the 2nd respondent-hospital for medical treatment.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was already admitted into the hospital, he was treated and was also discharged from the hospital, and in that view of the matter, no further directions are needed to be issued in this writ petition.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.38580 of 2012 stands closed.
