Seeking production of her husband Mr. Suresh Kumar Sahukar, before this court from the illegal custody
of the respondents, the present writ of habeas corpus is filed by the wife of the alleged detenu.
When this writ petition is taken up for hearing on admission, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate and there remains nothing for adjudication in this writ petition.
Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged detenu was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate, as no cause survives in the writ petition, the writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
