about the police conducting the scene of offence panchanama in his presence and seizing blood stained earth MO.1, controlled earth MO.2, blood stained black colour jacket MO.3, blood stained coffee colour saree MO.4, blood stained petty coat MO.5, blood stained crow bar MO.6, red colour bangle pieces MO.7, red and black beeds with mangalasutram MO.8, black beeds talibottu tadu MO.9 and rold-gold nose stud with red and white stones MO.10. Nothing was elicited in the cross-examination to disbelieve the said recovery of MOs 1 to 10 from the scene of offence and admittedly at the time of conducting the scene of offence the dead body was present at the spot. The investigating officer has sent the material objects MOs 1 to 10 to the FSL and received the report Ex.P5 and it shows blood was detected on item Nos.4, 5 and 6 but blood group could not be detected. Item Nos.1, 4, 5 and 6 are earth; torn and faded coffee colour with white light and yellow colour flowers designed saree with dark brown stains; one torn and faded rose colour petticoat with dirty stains and one iron crow bar with muddy stains. Therefore, the clothes of the deceased and the crow bar seized from the scene of offence were stained with blood, but the blood group could not be detected. Therefore, from the above evidence, the recovery of material objects from the scene of offence was established.
