O R D E R:
Petitioners have questioned the action of the respondents in debarring the petitioner’s Society from tendering the works in Nellore Division for a period of six months without giving any notice.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the tender notice was dated 10.03.2006 and the time for submissions of tenders was already over, and therefore, the writ petition has been rendered
infructuous.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
