O R D E R:
Petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 29.03.2007 issued by the 1st respondent-Transport Commissioner, vide which, all the Registering Authorities in the State of Andhra Pradesh are directed not to permit 15 years and above old school buses to ply.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order of the
State Government in refusing to allow to ply all buses of more than 15 years old has been upheld by the Supreme Court, and hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
I find no illegality in the action taken by the State Government in banning of 15 years above and old Educational Institutions’ Buses to ply. Resultantly, I find no merit in this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
