COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Pinaki Chandra Ghose, ACJ)

All these writ appeals arise out of a common order passed in a batch of writ petitions. Hence they are disposed of by this common order.

The writ petitions were filed challenging the orders of 3^rd respondent regularising structures in certain extents of land. The Hon’ble Single Judge, by the impugned order, set aside the orders of 3^rd respondent, remanded the matter back to the appellate authority to consider the appeal petition presented by Muthyala Vidyasagar and others and pass appropriate orders. It appears that the writ petitioners were also given liberty to move applications before the appellate authority seeking their impleadment in the said appeal.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties and learned counsel for the appellants has only submitted that the Hon’ble Single Judge has passed the impugned order without giving any time bound for the appellate authority to pass orders on the appeal petition and the appellants will suffer in the matter unless the matter is disposed of at an early date.

In view of that, we direct the appellate authority to consider and dispose of the appeal petition, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. Liberty granted by the Hon’ble Single Judge to the writ petitioners to seek their impleadment in the appeal before the appellate authority, is maintained.

All these writ appeals are disposed of on the above terms modifying the order of Hon’ble Single Judge. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No
