This public interest litigation is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents-authorities in not conducting enquiry into the complaint filed by the petitioner association dated 08-10-2012 as against the formation of the 5^th respondent society and in obtaining the Toddy shop License at Subash Chandrabose Nagar Colony, Karmanghat village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, as illegal, unlawful and contrary to law, and consequently direct the respondents-authorities to conduct an enquiry into the affairs of bogus formation of the 5^th respondent society and cancel its toddy shop license.

Heard both the learned counsel appearing for the parties and considered the material on record.

It appears that the representation made by the petitioner association, dated 08.10.2012, is to be considered by the 2^nd respondent. Therefore, the 2^nd respondent is directed to consider the same, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The public interest litigation is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
