It is alleged by the 2nd respondent in her complaint that her marriage was performed with M. Sridhar on 15.06.2003, and that ever since the marriage, her husband used to harass her saying that he would either commit suicide or give divorce, and that her husband also took nude photographs of her while in the bedroom and threatened her to make public, and that on 12.01.2010, her husband forcibly made her to sign on some vakalat paper, and that her husband always suspected her. It is also alleged by the complainant that her husband necked her out of the house, and that when she returned on 16.01.2010, she found the house locked, and that on the advice of her mother-in-law, she took a house at Golnaka, and that at the instigation of A1, her husband beat her due to which she sustained bleeding injury, and that her husband filed O.P.No.136 of 2010 on the file of Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, seeking divorce. This Court, by order dated 29.09.2010 in Crl.MP.No.8641 of 2010, granted interim stay of proceedings before the trial Court.
