O R D E R:
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to approach this after filing of the charge sheet or file a petition for discharge before the trial court. Permission is accorded.
The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving the liberty as prayed for. Crl.M.Ps. pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
