O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the complaint in C.C. No.1600 of 2008 on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The second respondent herein is the complainant, and the petitioner is A.2, in the above Calendar Case. It is stated that the complainant filed a petition under Section 257 Cr.P.C. before the trial court to permit him to withdraw the complaint. The said petition was returned by the trial court on the ground of interim stay granted by this Court in the above Criminal Petition. In view of the fact that there is a compromise effected between the parties, the second respondent/complainant is directed to represent the said petition in the trial court and thereafter the trial court shall take appropriate decision thereon in accordance with law.
4. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Interim stay granted by this Court is vacated. Crl.M.Ps. pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
