Petitioners are aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in not receiving the documents/deeds of registration in respect of lands in an extent of Ac.3-00 cents in Sy.No.546 of petitioner No.1, Ac.3-00 cents in Sy.No.546 of petitioner No.2, Ac.3-00 cents in Sy.No.546 of petitioner No.3, Ac.2-93 cents in Sy.No.546 and Ac.0-30 cents in Sy.No.547-2 of petitioner No.4, Ac.2-93 cents in Sy.No.546 and Ac.030 cents in Sy.No.547-2 of petitioner No.5, Ac.2-93 cents in Sy.No.546 and Ac.0-31 cents in Sy.No.547-2 of petitioner No.6, Ac.2-93 cents in Sy.No.546 and Ac.0-31 cents in Sy.No.547-2 of petitioner No.7 and Ac.2-94 cents in Sy.No.546-2 and Ac.0-31 cents in Sy.No.547-2 of petitioner No.8 respectively situated at Kammuru village, Kuderu Anantapur District.
The learned counsel for the petitioners placed reliance on the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.27752 of 2009 decided on 15.03.2011 whereby directions were given to the respondents to receive, register and deliver the documents in accordance with the due procedure the documents presented by the petitioner therein in respect of the subject land.
After hearing the counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the observations made in the above Writ Petition and also with a direction to the respondents herein to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners herein in respect of the subject lands for the purpose of registration in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this writ petition shall stand closed.
