ORDER :
The petitioner is originally accused of offences punishable under Sections 188, 447, 353 IPC. During the course of investigation, Section 353 IPC is deleted from this case. Therefore, rest of the offences are bailable in nature. Hence, the petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
