ORDER:
The petitioner is accused of offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982. All the above penal sections of law are bailable in nature. Hence, this Criminal Petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
