Petition under Section 438 of Crl.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Therlam Police Station, Vizianagaram District to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 55 of 2012 of Therlam Police Station, Vizianagaram, Vizianagaram District.
The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Aravala Rama Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent-State.
