CRIMINAL PETITION No.6052 OF 2009
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash proceedings in C.C.No.599 of 2009 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri.
Heard.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the petitioners are given liberty to file an application under Section 239 Cr.P.C. or any other appropriate provision in the trial Court for their discharge, if any charges have not already been framed, and on filing of such application, the same has to be considered by the trial court in accordance with law.
Accordingly, without any observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
