ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash all further proceedings in Crime No.287 of 2008 of Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Without going into the merits of the case, the Criminal Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court after completion of investigation. Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this petition shall stand dismissed.
