ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5, insisting him to hand over the landed properties situated in Sy Nos.87, 88, 90, 97, 99 and 137 of Swayambhuvaram village, Kalapaka Panchayat, Parawada Mandal, Visakhapatnam District to the 4th respondent even though the civil disputes are pending between them, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 without following due process of law.

Case of the petitioner is that the respondents 1 to 3 are interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and insisting him to hand over the landed properties situated in Sy Nos.87, 88, 90, 97, 99 and 137 of Swayambhuvaram village, Kalapaka Panchayat, Parawada Mandal, Visakhapatnam District to the 4th respondent, even though the civil disputes are pending between them.
4. The 2nd respondent filed a counter-affidavit stating that this respondent never interfered with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 with reference to the landed properties situated in the above said survey numbers at any point of time.
