JUDGMENT:
The Appeal is filed against the dismissal of the complaint in C.C.No.716/1999 by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, dated 31.03.2004, for non-payment of batta and no
reasonable explanation was given.
The Criminal Appeal is dismissed, as there are no grounds to interfere with the judgment of the Court below.
