Order:
This is an application filed by M/s. Shri Girija Alloy & Power (I) Pvt. Ltd., Rajahmundry. In this application, the applicant herein, is praying for dispensation of the meeting of the equity shareholders of the applicant-company.
My attention has been drawn to the consent affidavits filed by the said equity shareholders, who are holding equity shares in the company to the tune of 3,99,990, 4,26,206, 2,99,990, 2,90,991, 2,67,29,433, 1,00,65,890, 24,37,500, 1,83,50,000, 55,00,000 and 75,00,000 respectively, each having a face value of Rs.10/- each. The said consent affidavits are annexed at pages 266 to 282 of the application.
After examining the same, it appears to me that the meeting of the equity shareholders of the applicantcompany can be dispensed with since they have given their consent in the matter.
In the result, this application is allowed and the meeting of the equity shareholders is dispensed with as prayed for.
