COMPANY APPLICATION No. 762 of 2012
Order:
A report has been filed by Sri A. Sanjeevulu, Advocate, who was appointed by the Court as Chairman to convene the meeting of the shareholders of the applicant company wherein he stated that he convened the said meeting on 25.7.2012 at Hyderabad and explained the scheme of arrangement to the shareholders.
In view of the report filed by the Chairman, no further orders are necessary in this application and the report of the Chairman is accepted by the Court.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
