None appears for the appellant. There is no representation on his behalf.
A perusal of the proceeding sheet also reveals that on two previous occasions consecutively i.e., on 06.11.2012 and 14.11.2012, none appeared for the appellant and there was no representation on his behalf.
In the circumstances, it is reasonable for the Court to presume that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal any further and as such, this Court is of the view that the appeal may be dismissed for non-prosecution.
In the result, the Civil Miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for default/non-prosecution. The miscellaneous applications pending in this appeal, if any, stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
