CONTEMPT CASE No.438 of 2008 AND W.P.No.15786 of 2008
ORDER:
Sri K.Jaganmohan Reddy, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the order, violation of which has resulted in filing of C.C.No.438 of 2008, has since been complied with and the Writ Petition has also become infructuous.
Accordingly the Contempt Case and the Writ Petition are dismissed.
