ORDER:
This Court, by order in Application No.150 of 2012 in A.A.No.132 of 2010, recorded the submission of the Learned Counsel for the petitioner that the disputes between the parties have been settled and certain amount had been paid by the respondent, and there is no dispute which survives between the parties for adjudication. This Court while allowing Application No.150 of 2012 recalled the earlier order passed in A.A.No.132 of 2010 appointing
Sri M.Bhaskar, a retired District Judge, as arbitrator.
Since parties have arrived at a settlement, and as they no longer seek resolution of their disputes through arbitration, no orders need be passed in A.A.No.132 of 2010.
The Arbitration Application is, accordingly, closed.
