ORDER:
Sri Eranki Phani Kumar, Learned Counsel for the petitioner; Ms.A.Deepthi, Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC); and
Sri S.Sainathan, Learned Counsel for respondent No.3, would agree that in view of the exercise of demolition undertaken by GHMC, the order, violation of which has resulted in the present Contempt Case being filed, must be held to have been complied with.
The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
