ORDER: ( per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ghulam Mohammed )
Learned Government Pleader appearing for the appellantLand Acquisition Officer submits that similar identical matters in A.S.Nos.3092, 3094, 3118, 3129 and 3133 of 1999 and A.S.No.13, 14, 19, 28, 29, 33, 37, 42, 43, 44, 45, 113, 307 and 1196 of 2000 wherein the lands were acquired by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for establishing a factory at Indrakaran Village were dismissed by this Court confirming the rate fixed by the reference Court at Rs. 11,000/- per acre.
Considering the fact that the lands of the claimants are situated in Indrakaran Village, we do not find any reason to interfere with the compensation as fixed by the reference Court. Accordingly, we find no merits in this appeal and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
