O R D E R:
Sri P. Venugopal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri K. Srinivas, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, upon instructions, submits that the petitioner society seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The permission sought for is accorded, notwithstanding the adverse report submitted by the Tahsildar, Guntur Rural Mandal, through his proceedings, dated 14.05.2011.
The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order passed by this Court on 29.04.2011 shall stand vacated. No costs.
