This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent in not selecting the petitioner in the category of Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) Police Constable (Civil) [Men] in Hyderabad city zone as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondent to select the petitioner for the above mentioned post and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. When the matter is listed today under the caption “for withdrawal”, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
