COMMON ORDER:
Since the subject matter in these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order.
When the matters are taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side, that the subject matter in all these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 15.09.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25553 of 2011.
This Court, by order dated 15.09.2011 in
W.P.No.25553 of 2011 held:
“Following the same, the writ petition is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner shall be entitled to the benefit of service between the date of termination and the date of reengagement. However, the petitioner shall not be entitled to any monetary benefits on account of this relief. There shall be no order as to costs.”
In terms of the above order, these writ petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
