This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of fifth respondent in appointing sixth respondent as Village Co-ordinator [Saakshar Bharat] for Anantharayudupet village by Proceedings No.1/20010 dated 01-08-2010 in spite of fourth respondent selection committee selecting the petitioner as meritorious candidate, as illegal, irregular, irrational, violative of GO.Rt.No.203, dated dd13-04-2010 and GO.Rt.No. 378, dated 08-07-2010 and offends Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Village Co-ordinator for the said programme and village and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. When the matter is listed today under the caption “for withdrawal”, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
