ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the official respondents in extending the lease period granted to the 5th respondent. Since the issue of extension is covered by the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court reported in M.V. Siva Prasad Vs. Government of Andhra
Pradesh (2010 (2) ALD 288 (DB), the said issue does not really survive for consideration. Even otherwise the period of lease granted in favour of 5th respondent has already expired. Hence this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
