ORDER:
As per the interim direction of this Court dated 13.7.2009, a seat was reserved for the petitioner. Later the respondents have allotted a seat to the petitioner in the course of Bachelor of Technology (Civil Engineering) at National Institute of Technology, Silchar, Assam, India. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the
petitioner has now completed third year in the said course.
In view of that, the relief sought for in the main writ petition questioning the rejection of the seat does not survive and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous in the circumstances as stated above. No costs.
