WRIT PETITION NO.29629 OF 2011
ORDER:
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri V.Subrahmanyam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4.
2. On 05.11.2011, when this matter was initially heard, the third respondent was directed to inspect the land covered by Ex.P1 proceedings dated 21.09.2011, particularly in respect of petitioner’s grievance and give a report.
3. Learned Government Pleader has now written instructions on which he submits that in all, 849 Transit Forms, used and unused, were issued for temporary permission to lift the sand in Survey Nos.47 and 48 of Shetlur Village, Bichkunda Mandal, Nizamabad District and after the expiry of the period, allowed for lifting of the sand up to 09.11.2011. The remaining Transit Forms unused have been returned and the APMDC Ltd., as well as its representative has left the very site on 10.11.2011. In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive any more.
4. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
