ORDER:
The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 25.02.2011 passed by the first respondent in proceedings Rc.No.B/24/11, vide which, the possession certificate granted in respect of house to the father of the petitioner in Sy.No. 260 of Vemulapaldu village to an extent of Ac.0.03 ½ cents was ordered to be cancelled.
The aforementioned order is appealable and hence the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. Granting liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal before the competent authority, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the subject land upto 07.04.2011, during which period, he may file appeal before the competent authority, if so advised.
There shall be no order as to costs.
