ORDER:
The petitioner has prayed that directions be issued to the respondents to fix the boundaries of his land in an extent of Acs.7.93 cents in survey Nos.288/2 and 377/4 situated at Sreeharipuram Village, Vijayapuram Mandal, Tirupathi, Chittoor District.
A perusal of annexure P7 dated 24.01.2011 shows that on 12.06.2010 and 20.06.2010, the Mandal Surveyor, Vijayapuram has surveyed the field and shown the survey boundaries in the presence of the villagers. As survey has already been conducted of the aforementioned land, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
