ORDER:-
The short grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent is not disposing of R.O.R.Appeal No.RC 3162/2010.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of R.O.R.Appeal No.RC 3162/2010 in accordance with law, within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
